In no particular order...
- Brush my teeth & wash my face twice a day, and bath (these are pretty obvious and standard right?)
- Skincare! I'm meticulous with skincare... every morning and night.
- Do something musical - piano or guitar.
- Listen to music!
- Go on Facebook, Twitter, Blog...
- Yoga or stretching exercises before bed!
- Drink soya milk, honey water or fruit juices. Or sweet soups my mother makes that's good for the skin.
- Tidy my room before sleeping.
- Go to sit in the conservatory and read a book, study, or surf the internet (*^^*)
