Food ~ simple luxuries in life that gives you happiness

Food. I just can't live without it. 
No matter how conscious I am of how healthy my diet should be, I always always make room for treats. 
Why? Because they make one happy and it is actually healthy for you. Sweet foods and snacks can increase your endorphins, a hormone that can make you feel happiness and pleasure (*^^*) and being happy means you're full of energy and active which burns calories. 
So that bar of chocolate for you is actually good for you!

Lately I have been really into small pastries that are bite-size, which means you can have variety and not over eat! (*^^*) 

Here are some little treats for myself I've had lately...
And something special (well, not special, but cute *^.~* ) that I bought....





Ah, cream soda and starbucks....  (It's very difficult to find cream soda in the UK. I swear it's an Asian thing; after all, it's made in Hong Kong *^^*)




Ah... here it is... a cute cake stand!!! (*^^*) It's a Cath Kidston cake stand, so that me and my mother can start baking cakes and muffins again \(*^0^*)/  I've missed baking. 

Rare for me, but it's quite princess-like no?
