Hong Kong 2011 Blueberry Cheesecake

I had this especially made for me when I was in Hong Kong, as my Uncle's best friend is a baker/patisserie maker. It was extremely delicious and healthy, as it contained only the freshest and best ingredients and was not over sweet, or creamy.... (*^v^*)
